I highly recommend Mike Baglivo for home inspection. He walked us through everything that he would be reviewing before we started. During the inspection he explained what he was looking for and provided tips and instructions that would be helpful to us. He took the time to carefully answer all of our questions. His detailed report also came with photos so that we could easily identify the issues listed.
